As I mentioned last week...it can be really difficult to get this short hair to behave. I've tried an assortment of clean (and dirty) products but end up feeling like Goldilocks without the locks. Each product was either too shiny, too flat, too greasy, too soft and so on.
On one of my many missions to find a product that met my expectations, I finally discovered Organic-Control (formerly known as Putty) and have to say that out of everything I've experimented with thus far...this one is just right.
It gives my hair a matte medium hold and doesn't make it greasy at all. In fact, the guy who sold it to me suggested that if I see my hair falling flat, to simply give it a brush or two, reactivating the product and instantly amping up the volume again. It leaves my hair looking "clean/dirty"- like a great dry shampoo would.
Took a while but I found it...looks like I'll be keeping my short hair for a while!
