I've been meditating everyday for almost a year now! I have to say that meditation has "saved" me in so many ways. It's helped me quiet my mind and open my heart. It's helped me develop a strong spiritual practice and since my husband meditates as well...I believe it has also brought us closer together.
Who would've thought sitting for 20 minutes everyday could do so much for one life. It revealed my Being. My I AM. My light beneath all that ego! I'm grateful for discovering Andy Puddicombe and Headspace when I truly needed it the most and since I began this journey within, I have found a peace that I did not know existed.
This Manduka Meditation Cushion makes it a lot easier for me to sit for longer periods of time. It's certainly not necessary in order for you to meditate, Andy actually prompts you to sit in a chair. However, for me, I feel more connected and present when I'm sitting in half lotus or burmese crossed legged style and this zafu makes it easier to do that.
