One Love Organics: The Skincare Routine

As a beauty blogger, I love buying travel sets.  It's a great, affordable way to introduce yourself to a new line that you're unfamiliar with.  If you don't absolutely love it, you can always use them when you do travel and keep your favorites safe at home.

One Love Organics is all about the simple stuff.  A quick read of their manifesto and you know what this company's all about.

The Manifesto
We embrace the simplicity and the knowledge that you can achieve more with less.
We believe in the power of the beauty ritual to renew, relax, and transform.
We trust in the healing power of plants.
We are advocates for earth's most gentle members: children and the families who care for them.
We declare that love is the greatest, most powerful force on earth.

Don't you just love that?

The best part is that the spirit of their manifesto comes through in their products.

The "Easy Does It Foaming Cleanser" does an amazing job at cleaning/balancing your skin.  It doesn't remove my eye makeup but I love using this baby in the morning to wash the sleep off.  It also doubles as a shampoo and triples as a body wash!  This is probably my favorite product of the bunch because of its multi tasking capabilities and how soft it leaves my skin.

I like exfoliating at night and that's when I whip out the "Brand New Day Microderma Scrub and Masque."  What I love about this product is that it's also a mask.  Right after I get out of the shower, I slather this all over my face and while my skin is still damp and ready to suck in moisture, I'll take that opportunity to put on my body oil, lotions, or whatever I'm using that night.  After my body is fully moisturized, I wash it off using just my fingers in circular motions.  It's gentle enough to do everyday and the bonus is that you're body parts get some love as well.  Oils never work as well on dry skin so you have to seize that opportunity ladies!

I then pat on two drops of "Love Springs Eternal Youth Serum," followed by a teeny tiny bit of "Skin Savior Waterless Multi Balm" to seal it all in.

The only thing I don't use or love is the shammy.  It's a texture thing for me though...feels weird and it's hard to manipulate across the face even when it's wet.

Oh, and don't forget about the makeup/travel bag it comes cute.
