Those of you who live in the green beauty world have heard us bloggers talking about this cream non stop, I'm sure. (I first heard about it from Taylor) Well, there's a reason for this. It's pretty darn good. First of all, I freaking love Manuka Honey. I eat it everyday. The idea of also putting it on my face each morning was almost too much to handle. Way too good.
My skin has been super dry lately due to cold weather and the heat blasting in my apt. The Face Contour Cream from Wedderspoon does an amazing job at keeping it moisturized and protected. "Stimulating Bee Venom in conjunction with antioxidant rich Manuka Honey and Botanical Oils work together to invigorate, nourish and intensely moisturize the skin." Yes bee venom. This magic ingredient has been known to banish wrinkles- it's pretty huge in the UK and apparently a favorite amongst the Royals.
All I know is that it leaves my skin feeling hydrated and looking flawless. Another great aspect is the my skin feels "protected" from harsh winds when wearing this- could be due to the weighty texture of cream. Since it's so super rich, I first mist my face with my favorite hydrosol and then take a tiny dab of the cream and press it into my damp skin. The hydrosol helps the product absorb into your skin much faster.
My skin stays balanced all day- not greasy at all- which is nothing short of a miracle for a cream this moisturizing. I've been using this product for over a month now and so far- no break outs, no pore clogging...just good manuka loving fun.
